Namaste and welcome to our Hindu Vivah In-Person Event.
Thank you for your interest in our Hindu Vivah in-person matchmaking event. We are pleased to provide a respectful and well-structured platform for Hindu singles to connect, and we request that you carefully review the following information.
At times, if the male-to-female ratio reaches an imbalance, we may temporarily close registrations for gentlemen. In such situations, gentlemen who apply after the cutoff will be placed on a waitlist and confirmed once the ratio permits. You will be informed whether your registration is confirmed or waitlisted.
Our events are open exclusively to Hindu Vivah members. To become a member, please pay the 2026 annual membership fee of $30 via Zelle to Hindu Vivah at hinduvivahus@gmail.com. Membership fees are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE under any and all circumstances. Membership is VALID for the entire 2026 calendar year and allows you to attend all relevant events during that period. Please note that confirmation for a specific event is subject to availability and gender balance.
The email address and phone number provided in the registration form MUST belong solely to the registering single. If the contact information does not belong to the attending individual, the participant will be DISQUALIFIED from the event.
Participants are required to attend for the full duration of the event. Entry is typically closed shortly after the announced start time. Only registered Hindu singles are permitted to attend. Chaperones, family members, or friends are not allowed to participate. You must be physically present in the United States or Canada at the time of the event in order to register and attend. All participants are required to read and accept the Terms and Conditions available at https://hinduvivah.org/terms-and-conditions/ prior to attending.
We also request that registrants refrain from making non-cancellable travel arrangements or other non-refundable commitments until their spot has been confirmed. Confirmation depends on balanced registrations from both genders, particularly as the event date approaches.
